Key Metrics Explained

R-squared (R²):Measures how well our depreciation model fits the data (0-100%, higher is better)
P-value:Statistical significance of our findings (lower values indicate more reliable results)
Coefficient of Variation:Measures price/mileage consistency within each brand or model (lower indicates more predictable pricing)
Marketing Quality Metric:Weighted composite score combining variety of marketing texts (40%), seller verification rate (30%), and a ratio number of priority listing (30%). Higher scores indicate better overall marketing quality and seller credibility. This score will be updated over time in accordance with the empirics.
