By accessing or using the Drive Dutch website ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Drive Dutch provides resources, information, and tools related to Dutch driving education, particularly for international students. Our services include but are not limited to educational content, practice tests, driving school information, and community forums.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Service require you to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Drive Dutch and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

The Drive Dutch Score and other analytics are based on available data and our proprietary methodology. While we believe these metrics provide valuable insights, they should be considered as one of many factors when making decisions about driving schools or education.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Drive Dutch. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. 9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Drive Dutch, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
